    Application

    Complete the application form below and email your application with supporting documents. The application fee is US$50. You can also collect a form from our office at 10 Cecil Rhodes, Newlands, Harare.

    Class-based assessment

    Once your application is received, your child will be invited to attend a class-based assessment. This helps us understand their academic level and suitability for our school.

  3. 03

    Parent interview

    Following the assessment, we will schedule a parent interview with our admissions team. We look forward to getting to know you and your child, and answering your questions.

  4. 04

    Placement

    A placement may be offered only after the application, assessment and parent interview have been completed successfully.

Placement is subject to availability. It is not guaranteed until all steps have been completed successfully and a place has been offered.

A few useful questions

Which learning stages does the school offer?

Genius Ray offers Early Years, Primary and Lower Secondary learning. Discuss your child's age and current year group with the school to confirm the most suitable placement.

Can I enquire about boarding?

Yes. Include boarding in your enquiry and ask the school to confirm current availability, facilities, routines and fees.

How do I confirm fees and available places?

Email admissions@geniusray.co.zw for the current fee schedule and availability for your preferred year group and entry term. Place availability can change.

Please complete the previous school and current class fields. If your child has never attended school, enter “Not previously enrolled” in both fields.

Attach PDF, JPG or PNG files. Maximum 5 MB per file. A last school report is required for learners transferring from another school. Please attach a recommendation or transfer letter if you have one. You may proceed without this letter.
