CLUBS IN ACTION
BELONGING · CHARACTER · AMBITION
We want every learner to feel known, included and encouraged to grow. Academic effort, kindness and personal responsibility belong together at Genius Ray.
Share ideas, offer help and celebrate other people’s successes. Small acts of kindness make our community stronger.
Listen thoughtfully, speak courteously and care for people, property and shared spaces. Include others and appreciate different perspectives.
Ask questions, explore possibilities and test your ideas. Creativity belongs in the classroom, on the stage and in practical projects.
Keep trying when learning feels challenging. Use feedback, practise with purpose and recognise the progress that comes from effort.
Build independence step by step. Take ownership of your learning, organise your belongings and ask for help when you need it.
Our staff guide and support learners as they develop these habits, with expectations that grow alongside their age and independence.
THEMED CIVVIES DAYS
On themed civvies days, learners dress according to the day’s theme. From favourite characters to future careers, these shared occasions make space for creativity, conversation and joyful memories.
School spirit also means teamwork: our Rocket, Comet and Orbit houses give learners a sense of belonging and a chance to encourage one another.
